Event will be held rain or shine.

**Absolutely NO PETS allowed, with the exception of service dogs.  This is a private estate, so please be respectful.**

TICKET INFORMATION:

General Admission:  $5 per person
Children under 2 are FREE

Wine Tasting:  $15 per person
(Must provide a valid photo ID)

Ticket will go on sale in March!!

**Tickets are non-refundable**

You're encouraged to bring a blanket to picnic and enjoy the beautiful valley views and the Cedar Creek Battlefield!

• Directions from the North: I-81 to exit 302 (Middletown); turn right onto Reliance Road.  Continue on Reliance Road to Route 11/Main Street.  Turn left onto Route 11/Main Street.  Continue on Main Street, going through the Town of Middletown.  Monte Vista is the large Victorian estate on the left-hand side; across from the Cedar Creek Battlefield and next to Stowe Woodward. 
   

• Directions from the South:  I-81 to exit 298 (Strasburg); turn left onto Route 11.Continue on Route 11 for approximately 3 miles.  Monte Vista will be on the right-hand side; across from the Cedar Creek Battlefield and next to Stowe Woodward.

• Registration and Payment: Vendors should complete their registration online or via paper-registration and send their forms to "Middletown Uncorked", Attn: Megan Bowers, PO Box 111, Middletown, VA 22645; no later than May 23, 2012.
   

• Parking/Unloading:  Vendors will be directed to the unloading area upon checking in. Once you have unloaded, you should move immediately to the vendor parking area.  You will be directed to your designated spot once you arrive.  When each vendor registers, you will be given one vendor parking pass.

Wineries

$75 for 12x12 space, $25 for additional space

$50 for 10x10 space, $25 for additional space
We strongly encourage online registration, however, you may register in-person at the Middletown Town Office by May 23, 2012.

Rules & Guidelines:

• All details are posted on the registration form.

• All food vendors must provide and properly display their Virginia Health Department permit during the event.  Permits must be obtained prior to the event.  They must also abide by all Health Department codes and guidelines.  The Lord Fairfax Health District’s website can provide contact information (http://www.vdh.state.va.us/LHD/LordFairfax/) and information on food service permits (http://www.healthspace.ca/Clients/VDH/LFairfax/LFairfax_Website.nsf/food-frameset).
