The Instigators

The Instigators are one of the Shenandoah Valley's premier local bands. They play a variety of music that ranges from country and rock and roll to blues, jazz, and soul music and are based out of Woodstock, VA.  They are a regular act at the Shenandoah County Fair and are featured at other events and restaurants around the Shenandoah Valley.

The band consists of Jim Utz- Vocals; Amber Patton- Vocals, Guitar; Greg Patton- Lead Guitar and Vocals; Traveling Jack- Bass; Bobby Grubbs- Percussion; Ricky Wilkins - Keyboard.

The committee is actively seeking sponsorships for the band's fees.
