The 4th of July Committee will be having three softball tournaments on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day, if anybody is interested in those or would like to put a team in please contact Charles Harbaugh at (540) 877-4594.

All registrations are due by 5 pm to the Town Office (address above) by the following dates:

• May 29--by the close of business on Monday, May 24

• July 3--by the close of business on Friday, June 25

• September 4--by the close of business on Friday, August 27

Rules & Regulations:

• No alcohol is permitted in the Town Park.  No exceptions!

• All players are asked to provide their own gloves; bats are optional.  Bats and balls will be provided.

• All teams must check in at the park’s ball field by 8:30 am on the morning of the tournament. 

• The format is a 10 team, 5 inning, single elimination tournament with a $75.00 entry fee. 

• Teams will be placed on first come – first served basis.

• A roster is to be filled out and submitted by the beginning of your first tournament game.  Rosters to be filled with 10 to 15 players. A player cannot play for two teams.  All players must be at least 16 years of age.

• No refunds.

• Awards will be given following each tournament.
