If you are interested
in participating in this year's 4th of July Parade, please
be sure to do the following:

Fill out a parade
entry form, located here,
by June
30, 2010.
IMPORTANT PARADE LINE UP INFORMATION:
Parade line up will be determined on July 1. All
entries received after line up has been determined, will be
plugged in at the end of the predetermined line up.
Numbers will be given out during check-in and line up on
July 3. After the June 30 deadline, entries can be registered
during registration on July 3 from 2:30-3:40 pm
at Lord Fairfax Community College. We recommend you
bring a completed form with you to register, to help with
the traffic flow.
No new registrations will be accepted after 3:40 pm on July 3.

Watch your email
for a parade entry confirmation.

Check out the
weather prior to arriving to the line up. If
inclement weather is forecasted, continue to check the
following radio stations for weather related
announcements: 92.5 FM, 98.3 FM, and 102.5 FM.
If the parade is postponed or canceled, an announcement
will be made on the above stations.

Arrive at Lord
Fairfax Community College for the line up on July 4
between 2:30 and 3:40 pm to check in and/or register.
No registrations will be taken after 3:40 pm.

4:00 pm--Parade
begins!!

Following the
parade, join us for the events in the
Middletown Park, located on Senseney Avenue at the
intersection of 2nd Street.|
Parade entry parking will be available on the back parking lot
of the fire station, for lighter vehicles. All
heavy equipments (tractor-trailers, fire apparatus,
etc.) will be able to park on any of the other available
parking lots in town. Parking will also be
available along Main Street, following the end of the
parade.

6:00 pm--Parade
awards to be given out.

6:30-9:15
pm--Battle of the Bands, games, food, and more!!
-
9:15 pm--fireworks!!
