If you are interested
in participating in this year's 4th of July Parade, please
be sure to do the following:

Fill out a parade
entry form, located here,
by
June 30.
Watch your email
for a parade entry confirmation.

Check out the
weather prior to arriving to the line up. If
inclement weather is forecasted, continue to check the
following radio stations for weather related
announcements: 92.5 FM, 98.3 FM, and 102.5 FM.
If the parade is postponed or canceled, an announcement
will be made on the above stations and signs will be
posted at the line up site and around Middletown.

IMPORTANT PARADE LINE UP INFORMATION:

Parade line up will be determined on July 1. All
entries received after line up has been determined, will be
plugged in at the end of the predetermined line up.

Numbers will be given out during check-in and line up on
July 4.
-
After the
June 30 deadline, entries can be registered during registration on July 4 from 2:30-3:40 pm
at Lord Fairfax Community College. We recommend you
bring a completed form with you to register, to help with
the traffic flow.
All
entries must be checked in/registered by 3:40 pm in
order to participate in the parade.
No new
ON-SITE registrations will be accepted after 3:40 pm on July
4.

Dignitaries should
plan to arrive no later than 3:25 pm in order to meet
with your driver in the dignitary area and head over to
your place in the line up.

Convertible drivers
should plan to be at line up no later than 3 pm.

Please be aware that we do not have restrooms or
changing areas available during line up. Please
plan accordingly.

4:00 pm--Parade
begins!!
-
Following the
parade, join us for the events in the
Middletown Park, located on Senseney Avenue at the
intersection of 2nd Street.|

6:00 pm--Parade awards to be given out in the park
-
6:00-9:15
pm--music, games, food, and more!!
-
9:15 pm--fireworks!!
