Line Up/Registration:  Lord Fairfax Community College parking lot
(173 Skirmisher Lane, Middletown, VA).  More line up and registration information is located under "Participants".

PARADE ROUTE

The parade will begin at the LFCC parking lot and turn left onto Route 11.  Follow Route 11/Main Street to 5th Street. 

At the intersection of 5th Street and Main Street, participants turn right on to 5th Street, then left on to Church Street.  The parade will end at the intersection of 1st Street and Church Street.

STREET CLOSURES/NO PARKING

 
A parking ban along the parade route goes into effect the day of the parade and will be in effect until 6 pm on Monday, July 4. 

The following streets will be affected:  Main Street, Fifth Street, and Church Street (from 5th to 1st Streets)

All side streets that run in to Main Street will be blocked off by Police and/or barricades once the parade begins through the end of the parade.

PARKING FOR THOSE WATCHING THE PARADE

Parking is basically anywhere you can find it.  Parking is available throughout town, as long long as the street or parking lot is not marked for no parking.  If you are parking on residential streets, please be sure to avoid blocking driveways or along the parade route. Police will ticket and may tow.

WHERE TO WATCH THE PARADE

Curbside seating is recommended from the intersection area of 7-11 and Italian Touch to 5th Street and on Church Street (between 5th Street and 1st Street).
