Hours Reporting

As of November 1, 2008, please report all hours to the Secretary, Megan Bowers.   
Please see the hours reporting information below.

All hours are to be recorded on the Company Activity Sheet (pdf). 

BINGO HOURS:  Please continue to complete the bingo timesheet provided each Tuesday at bingo. 
Those still need to be signed off on.

OUTSIDE TRAINING HOURS:  Please be sure to submit a copy of all training certificates to the EMS/Fire Captain, as well as a copy to the Secretary.  If the hours are not on the certificate, please be sure to get a note from the instructor or print off your certification transcripts.

ALL HOURS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA ACTIVITY COVER SHEET.

 

 

 

Frederick County Personal Property Tax Exemption & Length of Service Report

Covered period:  November 1--October 31

Point sheets can be found below, along with a point system description sheet. 
The only part that is to be filled out by the member is the following:  Company Name, Member Name, SSN, & vehicle information. 
Don’t forget to sign it!

 They are to be completed and turned in to Megan Bowers (Secretary), no later than November 1, each year!!

The sheets will also be handed out at the October Company meeting for those who do not have email.

It is the member’s responsibility to make sure that their hours are recorded! 
If the Secretary does not receive your tracking sheets, your points will not be counted!

These hours are also what make you eligible for the Frederick County Volunteer Incentive Program, free Middletown Town Decal (for those who live in the town limits, if approved by the Town Council), and various other County benefits.

email or her mailbox at the station).  Please paperclip multiple sheets.

If you have any questions, please see Henry or Megan.

NOTE:  In order to be eligible for the tax exemption, you must be a member of the Company for one year and live in Frederick County.  However, all members should return a completed form for the Volunteer Incentive Program.
